Castle Creatives - Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting my small business! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth experience for both of us.


1. Turnaround Time (TAT)

Each item is handmade with care. Our standard minimum turnaround time is 45 days.

  • Please Note: While many orders ship sooner, TAT may fluctuate and take longer depending on order volume, fabric delivery, or seasonal demand. By purchasing, you acknowledge this production window.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing and sourcing materials quickly, we have a strict window for modifications:

  • 24-Hour Window: Any changes to print choice, sizing, or clothing style must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Post 24-Hours: After this period, no changes can be accommodated as production has likely begun or fabric has been allocated.


3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of handmade clothing:

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations outside of the initial 24-hour window.

  • Quality Guarantee: If there is a genuine construction defect or an error made on our end (wrong size/print sent), please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Item Alteration: We do not offer alteration services for items once they have been delivered; all pieces are considered final in the state they were received.


4. Wall Claims & Limited Drops

Wall claims often involve highly limited fabric quantities. To ensure fairness and accuracy:

  • No Editing: Once you claim an item/style on a wall claim post, your comment is considered final.

  • Edited Comments: If a comment is edited, the claim will be considered void and the order will not be accepted. This ensures that fabric is not oversold and that everyone has an equal opportunity to claim available stock.


5. Custom Fabric Submissions

If you are providing a custom file for your order, the following ownership and fee structures apply:

  • Private Use (+$10.00): You own or created this file. It is for your exclusive use and cannot be resold or reused by the shop for other customers.

  • Shared Use (+$5.00): You own or created this file. Any leftover fabric from your order may be used by the shop for wall claims or "Ready to Ship" (RTS) products.

  • Shop Ownership: If you provide a file and transfer ownership to the shop, standard shop terms and conditions apply to the future use of that design.

  • Verification: You must provide the business name/source of the file. By uploading, you confirm you have the legal right or permission from the creator to use the file for garment production.


6. Order Accuracy & "Quick Buys"

To ensure your order is processed correctly, all required options (size, print, style) must be selected at the time of checkout.

  • Incomplete Orders: Any "quick buy" orders placed without the necessary options selected will be automatically refunded.

  • Policy: I will no longer be reaching out directly to collect missing information. This allows me to focus on production and maintain my turnaround times for all customers.


7. Bamboo Fabric Add-ons

We are proud to offer high-quality, CPSC compliant bamboo fabric. Because bamboo is a premium, costly material, specific add-on rules apply:

  • One Add-on Per Piece: You must purchase a bamboo add-on for every individual piece in your order.

    • Example: A Pajama Set or Lounge Set requires two (2) add-ons.

    • Example: A single Shirt or Romper requires one (1) add-on.

  • Audit Policy: Orders placed for bamboo items without the correct number of add-ons will be paused or cancelled. This ensures I can continue providing the highest quality materials for your garments.


9. Color & Print Variation

Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. Additionally, scale and placement of prints may vary depending on the size and style of the garment selected.
